Seat Shop Australia specialises in vehicle, machinery, and commercial seating solutions with the knowledge and experience to ensure all seating upgrades and modifications are safe, compliant, and road legal.

We are an Authorised Australian Distributor for several globally recognised seating manufacturers, including APV Safety Seatbelts, Sears Seating, Stratos,  United Seating, Eblo, Be-Ge, and ProTEK. In addition, we supply and service leading seating brands such as Grammer, KAB, Isri, National, Buro and many others.

Our range of seating solutions covers a wide variety of applications, from machinery, trucks, and commercial vehicles to office and specialised seating, allowing us to provide the right solution for a broad range of industries and environments.

12 Years of Experience

For more than 12 years, Seat Shop Australia locations have been equipped with dedicated workshop facilities and experienced mechanics, allowing us to carry out inspections, servicing, repairs, full seat rebuilds, replacements, upgrades, and tailored seating solutions for a wide range of vehicles, machinery, and working environments.

Our range also includes office and ergonomic seating, covering everyday office chairs, executive seating, 24/7 heavy-duty chairs, reception seating, and specialist seating solutions. We supply a wide selection of genuine OEM and aftermarket spare parts and accessories, helping extend the life and performance of existing seating.

At Seat Shop Australia, our focus extends beyond supplying quality seating. We work closely with our customers to ensure they receive practical solutions, reliable support, and long-term value through expert advice, after-sales service, warranty support, and professional repairs.

FOUNDED IN 2014

The heart of our operation is our Head Office in Townsville, North Queensland, which holds our largest range of products and parts with new stock arriving regularly by the container load.

Founded in 2014 when Peter and Margret Wolland decided to expand upon their family business, a successful mechanical workshop of 50 years, and move into a more specialised service of Seats.

This branch is also run with their son, Flint Wolland, who has been doing seat repairs onsite since day one.  Pete and his team can sort out anything you might need from selecting the right replacement seat for your vehicle to troubleshooting faults or designing complex custom fit ups.

SINCE 2014

Our Mackay branch re-opened in Paget in 2021 after a brief hiatus and is now operated by Amanda, Peter and Margret’s daughter. A mechanic herself, she began her trade in 2007 as an apprentice Heavy Vehicle Mechanic at the family workshop and has since expanded her qualifications into Mobile Plant Mechanics and Cert IV Engineering – Welding courses.

With a large array of new seats in stock and on display, plus a well-stocked parts room and workshop, Amanda and her team can keep your gear running with minimal downtime.

SINCE 2019

In 2019, our business expanded to Western Australia with the opening of Seat Shop WA in Bibra Lake, just outside Perth, through a partnership with Michael Davis.

Michael has over 20 years’ experience delivering solutions to the building, construction and earth moving industries. Seat Shop WA strives to improve the level of customer service and price competition in the WA market.

We are an Authorised Australian Distributor for industry leading brands Sears Seating, United Seating, Eblo, Be-Ge and ProTEK.  We pride ourselves in prioritising Australian Made products where we can, that’s why we are an Authorised Distributor for APV Safety seatbelts, developed, produced and tested in Melbourne to Australia’s tough industry standards.

We also carry Stratos light commercial, light truck and 4WD seats, another quality Australian Made product manufactured and tested in Sydney.  Some other major brands we stock and service include Grammer, KAB, Isri, National, Buro and more.
