The Sears 8587 is a Severe Duty low frequency air suspension seat designed for very large machinery such as rear dump trucks, articulated dump trucks, dozers, graders and wheel loaders in the mining and construction industries.  This large, high backed seat has contoured metal seat and back pans with ergonomic double depth Fabriform cushions offering superior durability, operator comfort, safety and support. 

The unique and robust TLV1 suspension features Sears’ own Toggle Link technology which replaces traditional roller bearings, virtually eliminating side play and vastly increasing durability.  Paired with our patented DuraPuck slides, as used by Caterpillar, with 180mm of travel, non-jamming and adjustable for wear, this is the Ultimate air suspension for extreme conditions.

Equipped with 24V built in compressor, adjustable damper, height and back angle adjustment and mechanical lumbar.  Options include 12V compressor, adjustable armrests, headrest, operator presence switch, lap belt and document pouch.
